Tudor Realty launches TudorConnect.com to ease and speed communication of building information

New York, N.Y.-Tudor Realty Services Corp., a full-service real estate firm, has launched TudorConnect.com, an online service exclusively developed and customized for buildings the company manages to speed and ease communications among shareholders, boards, resident staff and management agents and, ultimately, enhance critical productivity.
TudorConnect.com presents comprehensive information, including instructions, authorizations and rules, on topics such as resales, refinance, stock purchases, window guards, sublets, alterations, renovations and lead safety. Shareholders can conveniently and easily access and download information from the user-friendly website through a user ID and password. An Adobe Acrobat link is also provided. Authorized board members may also access current financial information including details of income, expenses and collections.
The announcement of TudorConnect.com's launch was made by Howard Lazarus, a principal and founder of Tudor Realty Services Corp., whose responsibilities include development and supervision of the firm's lauded information technology operations.

In addition to providing links to its own website, Tudor Realty Services will also customize each building's website to further enhance shareholder services. Customization features include posting newsletters, building directories and e-mail links to the building superintendent.
Tudor Realty Services Corp. was founded in 1990 by Mary Frances Shaughnessy, Anthony Colella and Howard J. Lazarus who continue to head the TRS team.
