We advise tenants and help them implement and negotiate real estate
solutions for
their office and retail space needs. Whether
your firm is evaluating a lease renewal, relocation, expansion, purchase,
sale, consolidation, sublease, or early termination or you want to better
understand your lease or the current market, we are able to provide your
firm with the professional advice, information and tools that are
necessary to make informed decisions, negotiate the deal, and to meet your objectives.
By understanding our clients business and its objectives, we are
able to tailor the process (through qualitative and quantitative analysis)
to meet those goals. We
provide our clients with the highest level of personalized, senior level,

Representation:
We advise owners and serve as their leasing agents to oversee the day to day leasing of their real estate assets. We approach leasing assignments on behalf of owners as if we own the building. Our background and experience provides the foundation for us to evaluate situations from the owner’s perspective. We analyze each building to identify and develop a leasing program that will maximize value for ownership based on their particular goals. We provide our clients with the highest level of personalized, senior level, service. We understand that the leasing agent’s reputation and actions reflects on the owner and take that responsibility seriously. As such, we act as the owner’s “in-house” leasing team and provide each asset with the highest level of attention and focus. Through constant communication and reporting, our clients are confident that their leasing agents are helping them maximize their property’s value. We use our strong understanding of the market and our long-term industry relationships to best position each asset and implement the leasing goals. From space showings to complex lease negotiations, we oversee and are involved in the leasing process from start to finish.

We are able to provide strategic advisory and consulting services on a project
specific basis to help our clients evaluate a particular real estate
situation. Consulting services
include working with an owner's in-house and third party leasing agents, performing due diligence on potential acquisitions, reviewing
lease documents, creating lease abstracts, performing occupancy cost
analyses, advising tenants / owners on lease specific scenarios such as
fair market rent negotiations, and creating market surveys.
