TRS is owner managed, which means there is a personal commitment to providing every client with the highest quality of service and individual attention.  When TRS was formed (in 1990), its first clients were four of the buildings in Tudor City .  Since then, TRS has expanded its services from residential property management to include commercial property management, commercial and residential brokerage and consulting services.  TRS currently manages in excess of 90 residential, commercial and mixed-use buildings throughout the five boroughs and employs more than 50 full time employees.
